2. Use License

Permission is granted to download and use CounterFlowPOS Desktop software for your restaurant operations, subject to the following restrictions:

• You may not modify or copy the software
• You may not use the software for any commercial purpose other than restaurant management
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the software
• You may not remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• You may register up to 5 machines per registration code

3. Registration and Account

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Registration Code and License

Your registration code is personal and non-transferable. You may use it to register up to 5 machines. Sharing or selling registration codes is prohibited and may result in license revocation.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services:

• In any unlawful manner
• To violate any laws or regulations
• To infringe upon intellectual property rights
• To transmit harmful code or malware
• To interfere with or disrupt our services

6. Disclaimer

CounterFlowPOS software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CounterFlowPOS be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
